  2. After filling the form please send your device and Repair Request Form to our Nationwide Repair Center!

  3. After receiving your device for repair, a Wireless Solutions technician will contact you with confirmation of receipt and go over the repair services with you. At that time a Credit Card number will be taken to process payment for repair services.
